My blog is flooded with messages from my lovely & pretty friends from the Madhouse. Same is my HP. I am really touched & thankful to every one's care & concern. I am lucky to have:

• great friends around me - Banana,WOW, Xin, Sarah, Aw, YY........
• great sister-in-law Nic
• great kids
• great " rubber-time" husband
• great mum-in-law ( though sometimes, u know what i mean, banana?)
• great mum (she wants to fly over NOW when I told her abt the Dengue thing).

V r here to repeat the blood test + take the Dengue Test.
Since it is a long wait, Mark started playing with his cards. Today, the blood was taken by the lab nurse who is really good. She is fast & accurate. Plus she gave mark two special plasters: Scorpio & eyes. Thanks God! Mark didn't suffer much today.

Good News: Dengue Result is Negative. FBC shows good sign too. His White Blood Cell is back to normal (it was low yesterday which means he is seriously infected). His Platelet is going up too (another indicator to exclude Dengue). Everybody is happy with the result. After such a stressful day, it is nice to go over to Nicole's house for dinner -- no more strength for cooking today. The kids are happy to see the cousins too.
Daddy showed off his "Flat" ass, while JonJon showed off his " Di kwa" (undie).
It supposed to be a girl's game but the boys " bugged" in.

JonJohn is very protective over Paul today, but Paul seems...... After a long day, Mark finally is in dream land. Hopefully no fever tonight. As usual, Celeste is in style.

Red Alert!
Mark is "suspected" to be a Dengue victim.
He had a FBC Test & it showed some possibilities.
He needs to go back for a retest tomorrow to confirm it.
OMG!
I am praying very hard for him not to be " Dengue"!
My poor little boy!

V r waiting for the result anxiously. Though he is sick, he is still busy playing with his new toy: Transformer (his new interest, no more batman, superman & spider man).
My poor boy is waiting for the doctor to take blood. To test for Dengue , the doc needs about 5ml blood & it has to be taken from the blood vein. It is difficult because children's veins r very small & hidden. Neither the nurse nor the doc could "catch" the veins. After a long struggle, they gave it up & took a sample from the nail for FBC ( Full Blood Count) only.
As U can see, they tried @ 3 different areas but failed. Poor Mark, he was screaming when doc inserted the needles underneath his skin & started looking for the veins using the needles. Can u imagine how painful it is? he is only 3.5 yrs old.

The worst thing is that the FBC result shows possibilities of Dengue. He needs to go back tomorrow for a re-test & he has to go for a Dengue blood test. He has to suffer again.

sorry girls, I can't keep up the pace! e twins r not as strong as singleton. They "share" their immunity since Day 1.

Don't worry. They are ok now. no fever yesterday & today. I think the doc is right that it is a flu virus. Mark is having very bad & thick running nose & phlegm. Celeste is better than Mark. One of the reasons that Mark recovers slower (always) because he doesn't want to eat anything when he is sick. He asks for green tea or milk but refuse to eat, while Celeste & Paul's appetite are not affected at all. E human body needs energy to fight the virus & recover from it. Well he will pick up his appetite slowly. I hope the kids won't fall sick again.

Bad News - Mum-in-law is in hospital again for her heart condition. she needs to go thru a MRI & other tests. Doc confirmed tt it is not a heart attack ( God bless)

Good News - e twins will start their swimming class next Monday @ our condo. they r given 6mth to master swimming. each child $60 for 1mth (4 classes).

She remembered. How can she forget? I am going to kick her little banana ass!. well, girl, u should be quite used to other pp's(girls') jealousy. Take it as a compliment or just ignore them. there r more pp r loving u than hating u. who cares?

BTW: the kids are much better now. thanks God!

What a day!

What an anniversary! Paul had his last Vaccine @ Dr. Eu's clinic today. V all went to give him support. He didn't cry at all. V had brunch @ Mc afterwards.
In the afternoon, V went to Clarence's birthday party. Look @ Mark's expression. Cute boy!
Mark got a Sword & a dino! Celeste got a follower!
Cake is mark's fav!
Paul got a bunch of balloons. Had a great time with them & chasing them the whole afternoon.

End Note:

- look like a happy day. It is not over yet.

- after v came back from the party, the twins started to have high fever 38.5++. Due to the most-talked-about Dengue , daddy rushed them to East Shore Hospital for a blood test. However the doc said it is too early to show anything. Unless the fever doesn't go away until Monday, it will be the right time for blood test. When talking to the doc, Yaya SMS me that Paul Paul is having fever too 37.8. After hearing this, the doc said tt it is unlikely to be Dengue unless the mosq bit all 3 of them -- quite impossible.

- Well v have to wait & see. hope the fever will go away soon. Doc said it could be a flu virus. Again! they just recovered 2 weeks ago.

- e twins are very popular @ e hospital & every nurse would like to have a word with them. They r so adorable, even when they r sick.

- God Bless all my 3 children to recover from their illness ASAP, Pls!
