how children melt out heart
We were having evening walk in Flamingo Valley when Mark saw a little bird in a little cage.
Mark: " Mummy, the bird wants to come out."
Me: "Why?"
Mark: " He wants to see his daddy & mummy."
Celeste: " He is so sad!"
At this moment, two birds flew over our head.
Celeste: " They are the mummy bird & daddy bird."
Mark: " Mummy, ask uncle to let him out."
Mark & Celeste together:" He wants his daddy & mummy."

I am reading my new book " Raising a happy child". There is a similar story: the story of Livvy the mouse" (Pg 172). It is about a 5-yr old little girl who cried over a dying rat who had been poisoned by her parents in the kitchen. The little girl gave the mouse a name: Livvy (the opposite of Die-ey). I find it amazing for a 3.5 or 5 yr old kid to understand so much about freedom, life & family-tie. I am deeply touched. I am veryyyy proud of my twins. They are the angels!

A kid can teach you to look at the world from a different point of view - innocent, pure & real. something you probably have been taking granted or have never noticed or paid attention to, or have never even cared about.

For those who love Paul very much,
these are specially for you!

From YY Jiejie
JonJon came over with Nic. He is so happy to found out Celeste & Mark & Paul are sleeping. So that he can have all the toys to himself. When Mark woke up, JonJon greeted him: "Nice to meet you, Mark!". Mark, ignored him.

Yaya is ironing the clothes, happily?
Wake-up drink: Vitagen

Lovely Paul! He is so huggable & adorable.

End Notes:
  • YY & Jilla came over to interview me & Nic for their Child-care course. YY bought us Donuts & Jillia bought us Bubble Pearl tea. Yummy!! (pls come more often)
  • Called Mummy Lulu in Kuching. Found out from her that the M'sia education is even more stressful than singapore. At K1 (4 yr) Issacc has homework every other day & got exam too. (poor boys)
  • Paul is very smart. he can say" dog, i want, i don't want, ball, gun, etc." He is afraid of monster too. At night if he refuses to sleep, i will say that the monster is outside watching him. immediately He will hide in my arm & close him eye tightly. within minutes, he will be soundly asleep. (evil mummy)
  • e twins are super super talkative. They are singing" we are singaporean, etc..." every day - taught in the school. ( Nic called them being brain-washed)

I haven't posted the kids photos for a while. I am just lazy.. well you know:
  1. bringing the camera everywhere, anywhere, all the time.
  2. taking a lots lots of photos -- which is fine.
  3. uploading the photos onto the blog -- is the killer. it takes soooooo long.

Give me a break, give me a Kikat. I will be back with the kids very soon. U may ask me where are those photos from. Well, honestly by stealing -- from Banana's blog, xin's blog, ah wow's blog.

keeeeekeeekekekekekek

V bumped into Banana & Ezan @ DG MRT station yesterday. It was Ezan's b'day & they were on the way for his b'day dinner. What are those expressions ? ---Either he doesn't like taking photos, or he doesn't like us. If it is the latter, i am telling you, he is condemned... officially. .. by me - cecemummy
